Bao buns, or 'steamed buns' are delicious, warm, flavour packed fillings inside a sweet white dough. Originating from Chinese cuisine, bao buns have come a long way and take many forms.
Teaming up with 'The Collab' our resident kitchen serves a simple but incredible selection of bao buns to suit veggies, vegans and carnivores alike. Come and try for yourself!

Our menu was designed by Emma, a chef who specialises in Asian cuisine having spent over 10 years in Hong Kong perfecting her trade. It's important to us that our ingredients are sourced locally and are always fresh. This ensures that our buns are of the highest quality but we are also supporting our local suppliers.
